On August 10, 2023, the energy-saving report of Guangxi Linglong Tire Co., Ltd.'s expansion of 110000 sets of engineering tires production project was approved by the local administrative department.
The reporter learned that the expansion project is located in Liudong New District, Liuzhou City, with a total investment of 265.11 million yuan. The planned production date is December 2024.
In addition, the project will be comprehensively expanded based on the existing 60000 sets of engineering tire production workshop.
The expansion plan will introduce a series of main production equipment, including four drum A molding machine, three-dimensional winding machine and system, vulcanization machine, and capsule reverse packaging molding machine. The introduction of these equipment will significantly increase the company's production capacity, resulting in an additional 110000 sets/year of engineering tire production capacity and 250000 pieces/year of tire pad production capacity.
In addition, after the expansion, there will be an additional production capacity of 110000 sets/year of engineering tires and 250000 pieces/year of tire pads.
It is reported that Guangxi Linglong, which is expanding its OTR production, is one of the five major production bases for Linglong tires in China. It is expected that after the completion of the project, the production capacity will reach 20 million sets of high-performance semi steel radial tires, 2 million sets of all steel radial tires, and 60000 sets of engineering radial tires, achieving a doubling of production capacity.

As new production capacity continues to be released, the company's growth is guaranteed. In terms of supporting facilities, Linglong has entered the supporting system of 7 of the world's top 10 car companies, with a total of over 200 million supporting facilities, ranking first in domestic tire supporting facilities for many consecutive years.
