On February 9, the China Rubber Industry Association organized experts to carry out research and development on "all-steel multi-drum molding machine", "green tire cycle remanufacturing mobile service platform technology development", "new energy vehicle coated self-healing HEALTECK technology tire development", "tire wear mechanism research and eccentric wear prediction technology development and application" Six projects, "Development of special tires for high endurance and comfort electric vehicles" and "Design and development of supporting products for high-performance 275/80R22.5 low rolling resistance tires", were evaluated for scientific and technological achievements。
The main completion unit of the project is Pulin Chengshan (Shandong) Tire Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Pulin Chengshan"). Among them, Tianjin Saixiang Technology Co., Ltd. and Lianya Intelligent Technology (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. are the joint development units of the project "R&D and development of all-steel multi-drum molding machine"; Qingdao Soft Control Electromechanical Engineering Co., Ltd. is the joint developer of the project of "green tire cycle remanufacturing mobile service platform technology development".

The experts attending the meeting visited the site, listened to the report of the project team, reviewed the relevant information, and after inquiry and discussion, they believed that the evaluation information provided by the project completion unit was complete and accurate, which met the requirements of the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements. At the same time, the innovation effect was significant, the downstream users' use effect was good, and had significant economic and social benefits. Therefore, they unanimously agreed that six projects passed the review.
Among them, the "R&D and development of all-steel multi-drum forming machine" project has reached the international leading level; "Green tire cycle remanufacturing mobile service platform technology development" has reached the international advanced level; The technical level of the project "Research on tire wear mechanism and development and application of eccentric wear prediction technology" has reached the leading level in China; The technical level of the three projects, "development of coated self-healing and HEALTECK technology tyres for new energy vehicles", "development of special tyres for high endurance and comfort electric vehicles" and "design and development of high-performance 275/80R22.5 low rolling resistance tyres supporting products", has reached the advanced level in China.
It is reported that the "R&D and development of all-steel multi-drum molding machine" project is the first time to adopt the all-steel tread intelligent flexible hot paste production technology in the tire industry. Through the theoretical analysis and modeling of the new tread rubber strip flexible hot paste system, the intelligent control of tread parameters has been realized and the high-speed molding technology has been established.
The all-steel multi-drum molding machine of this project can complete the synchronous implementation of tread semi-finished products and tire molding, forming the flexible manufacturing of all-steel tire molding, reducing the difficulty and cost of the previous process, quickly responding to the tread requirements of small batch and personalized tire products, solving the disadvantages of offline traditional tread, and improving the tire quality. It has created the drum shoulder adjustment technology with drum at home and abroad, which can effectively improve the fitting quality; The molding method of this project can combine the beat distribution of the molding machine, adopt the technology of drum fixed length and high-precision TVS automatic deviation correction, realize the automatic fitting of rubber pad, inner liner and sidewall, and solve the difficult problems of many operators and high labor intensity; The project uses IOT technology to accurately predict product quality through collecting a large amount of data, data cleaning, and intelligent analysis, so as to achieve more effective production management and improve equipment capacity; TP3 tire performance prediction technology is applied and the winding device of all-steel multi-drum molding machine is quickly tested to reduce the production complexity, improve the design and development efficiency by more than 60%, and improve the quality of flexible hot adhesive tread.
Compared with the four-drum molding machine, the production efficiency of the equipment can save about 10 seconds per strip. The expert committee agreed that the project reached the international leading level.
The project of "green tire cycle remanufacturing mobile service platform technology development" is the first time to realize the integration of a complete set of tire retreading equipment in an international standard container; The second is to realize the mobility of the tire retreading factory to the tire use site; The third is to realize the real-time tracking, data collection, technical support and other remote control of the tire mobile retreading platform; The fourth is to realize visual management of tire grinding track and rubber thickness control, improve grinding accuracy and reduce manual intervention. The expert committee agreed that the project reached the international advanced level.
