Judgment basis: Article 6.1.3.2 of "GA653-2006 Method for Judging Major Fire Hazards". Corrective measures: The direction of the safety indicator in the press-out workshop has been changed, the north safety exit, fire extinguisher and fire hydrant have been cleaned, and the emergency light at the north side of the vulcanization workshop has been repaired normally. The hidden danger has been rectified on March 10, 2021.

Yongjin Rubber was punished: On November 16, 2021, Guangrao County, Shandong Province notified the sixth batch of “five batches” of safety production enterprises. Among them is a tire company, including Shandong Yongjin Rubber. This tire company is because some forklift drivers do not have an operator certificate, and they do not have an A certificate for special equipment safety management personnel.
