Oil-based mold release agent is a special mold release agent for injection molding machine made of imported materials. It does not contain CFA, is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. The oil-based mold release agent does not corrode products and molds, and does not affect the secondary processing of products.
The difference between water release agent and oil release agent:
1. The raw materials of water-based mold release agent and oil-based mold release agent are different;
2. The use methods of water-based mold release agent and oil-based mold release agent are different. The water-based mold release agent must be mixed with dichloromethane, petroleum ether, 120# gasoline and other solvents.
3. The water-based mold release agent has high requirements on the mold temperature and requires rapid evaporation of the internal water, but the water-based mold release agent has a good operating environment, low odor and little pollution;
4. The oily release agent volatilizes quickly and does not need to increase the temperature of the mold to evaporate, but there are many residues, it is not easy to clean, the smell is large, the cost is high, and there are potential safety hazards.
Water release agent, also known as water release agent, is made of organic polymer material, which is easily soluble in water, mixed with water, and applied directly on the formwork to form a very smooth isolation film, which can completely prevent the direct contact between concrete and formwork , When the concrete is poured, the bubbles can quickly overflow when the concrete and the formwork contact, so that the beams and columns are non-porous and beautiful. It does not affect the strength of concrete after use, and is non-corrosive, non-toxic, harmless and green to steel bars.
