1、 Oil flow observation method: take two measuring cups, one containing the naphthenic oil to be inspected, the other empty on the table top, lift the measuring cup full of naphthenic oil 30~40 cm away from the table top and tilt it, let the naphthenic oil slowly flow into the empty cup, and observe its flow. The naphthenic oil flow with good quality is slender, uniform and continuous; The naphthenic oil has deteriorated if the flow rate is fast or slow, and sometimes large blocks flow down.
2、 Oil drop trace method: take a clean white filter paper and drop several drops of oil. After the naphthenic oil leaks, if there is black powder on the surface and there is blocking feeling when you touch it with your hand, it means that there are many impurities in the naphthenic oil. Good lubricating oil has no powder, and it is dry and smooth when you touch it with your hand, and the trace is yellow.
