The "five prohibitions" shall be implemented: it is strictly prohibited to shut down transportation and logistics infrastructure without authorization and restrict transportation services; It is strictly prohibited to restrict the passage of trucks on the basis of vehicle registration, registered residence registration, or travel in epidemic areas; It is strictly prohibited to "cut across the board" restrict the end distribution in the closed area, and make sure that the "last meter" of distribution is opened; It is strictly prohibited to restrict the entry and exit of trucks in cities under "silent" or closed control management. Effective measures should be taken to ensure the smooth passage of trucks for transportation of key production and living materials, collection and distribution of important logistics hubs, etc; It is strictly prohibited to restrict the passage of trucks on the grounds of waiting for the nucleic acid test results, and strictly implement the requirements of "go where you want to go where you want to go".
The tire industry regains confidence
Previously, the supply and demand of tires had been greatly affected by the repeated epidemic. On the one hand, the factory cooperated with epidemic prevention to limit production and stop production, and the logistics and transportation were stagnant. On the other hand, the market was weak. In particular, the decline of the steel tire market reduced factory orders. After the easing of epidemic prevention policies and the easing of logistics and transportation restrictions, the production activities of tire factories around the country are also gradually recovering.
According to the investigation of relevant institutions, the status of production suspension and reduction in Shandong has come to an end recently, ushering in a new period of positive adjustment. In November, overall, the incremental production scheduling will be a trend of approximate rate.
According to the statistics of 24 tire enterprises in Shandong in recent three weeks, 18 tire manufacturers have reached a new high level in recent three weeks, 5 enterprises have basically maintained their daily production, and only one enterprise is still less than the early stage.
The resumption of active production and operation also boosted economic market confidence. Since the release of the new epidemic prevention policy on November 11, the A-share capital market has been in the red, with the tire sector and the upstream enterprise stock market rising collectively.
Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 epidemic, China's tire market has experienced three years of ups and downs.
