Operating oil is a high-boiling fraction of petroleum, which is composed of complex hydrocarbon compounds with molecular weights of 300-600, and has a wide molecular weight distribution. According to the main components in the oil, the operating oil can be divided into the following three types:
Aromatic oil: mainly aromatic oil. Brown viscous liquid with the best compatibility with rubber, good processing performance and fast absorption. It is suitable for natural rubber and various synthetic rubbers; the disadvantage is that it is polluting, so it should be used in dark rubber products.
Naphthenic oil: mainly naphthenic. Light yellow or transparent liquid, its compatibility with rubber is poorer than that of aromatic oil, but its pollution is less than that of aromatic oil. It is suitable for NR and various synthetic rubbers.
Paraffin oil: Also known as paraffin oil, it is mainly linear or branched paraffin. Colorless and transparent liquid, low viscosity, poor compatibility with rubber, poor processing performance, slow absorption speed, mostly used in saturated rubber, with little or no pollution, suitable for light-colored rubber products.
Shenyang Longgreen naphthenic oil has a good softening and dispersing effect on the carbon black rubber compound, increasing the viscosity of the rubber compound, making the rubber compound soft and smooth, and improving the cold resistance, scorch resistance and retardation performance of the product, and also promotes thiazole. The agent can activate and increase the effect of each compounding agent.
