Amine vulcanizing agent vulcanizates have low deformation and poor acid resistance; dibenzoyl peroxide has good acid resistance, but poor heat resistance and poor process performance. At present, there are many vulcanizing agents, and the commonly used vulcanizing agents are mainly No. 3, No. 4, No. 5 (polyhydroxy compound) and dibenzoyl peroxide.

Type 23 fluororubber often uses dibenzoyl peroxide as vulcanizing agent, mainly used for acid-resistant products; 26 fluororubber is often used in heat-resistant and heat-resistant oil products, mainly using amine vulcanizing agent (No. 3 vulcanizing agent).
Amine vulcanizing agent No. 3 vulcanizing agent is easy to disperse, has a plasticizing effect on the rubber compound, and has good process performance. The heat resistance and pressure change of the vulcanized rubber are acceptable.
No. 4 vulcanizing agent was developed with the appearance of 246 type fluororubber, and it was not widely used;
5. Vulcanizing agent is a vulcanizing agent developed with the emergence of VitonE type rubber.
