fatty acids

This release agent is expensive, but it can be reused many times and the price is still right. Some domestic units use alkyd varnish as a release agent. It can also be reused many times. As a release agent, the paint should be resistant to alkali, water and friction.
Synthetic material solution.
Synthetic materials such as silica gel are widely used in mold release agents. An emulsifier comes with silica gel, fatty acid, emulsifier, etc.
waste
It is a good measure to reduce the cost of the release agent by using the waste of industrial and agricultural products to configure the release agent. Using these materials under certain conditions can achieve better results. Domestic use of alkaline pulp waste liquid from paper mills, adding appropriate amount of oil.
