Huizhong Linglong Company has in-depth discussions with Shaanxi Modern Architectural Design and Research Institute and Nonferrous West Prospecting Institute for project site elevation, leveling plan, slope protection plan, waterlogging prevention and drainage plan, etc., and exchanges water, electricity, gas and other element guarantees with municipal departments , And the handling of preliminary procedures such as project environmental assessment, energy assessment, safety assessment, and construction permit.
Subsequently, Linglong Tire once again went to the Municipal Natural Resources Bureau, the Municipal Housing and Urban-rural Construction Bureau, the Municipal Administrative Approval Service Bureau, and the Municipal Power Supply Bureau to learn more about relevant procedures, electricity and civil air defense.
After on-site surveys and in-depth negotiation and docking, Linglong and the Tongchuan Municipal Government reached "four consensuses" on the site selection, elevation, and leveling of the project, and formed "five consensuses" on the guarantee of the project landing elements, and the project construction has made substantial progress. . At present, the project has registered a company, and the land is confirmed to be adjacent to Yingbin South Road in the north, Jinyuan 3rd Road in the south, Jinyang Meixin Power Plant in the west, and Guizhou Road in the east. The preliminary confirmed elevation is 747.3m. The project’s environmental assessment and energy assessment are in the early stage. The formalities are being processed, and the general plan will be drawn before November 10th.
In the next step, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology maintains close communication with Linglong Company, reverses the schedule, determines various working time nodes, and urges the project to be completed on schedule; the Yaozhou District Government should coordinate relevant departments to do a good job in project land planning, land approval and environmental assessment , Energy assessment, construction permit and other procedures; the municipal government will hold special promotion meetings for the Linglong project from time to time to discuss and solve various problems in the project to ensure that the project starts construction on schedule.
