Three companies under the Haohua Chemical Technology Group were shortlisted, namely the Northwest Rubber and Plastics Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd. Technology Center, China National Chemical Corporation Shuguang Rubber Industry Research and Design Institute Co., Ltd., and Shenyang Chemical Research Institute Co., Ltd. Technology Center.
In addition, it also includes two companies from the field of engineering rubber, namely, Zhongyu Railway Communication Technology Co., Ltd. Technology Center (renamed from Hengshui Railway Construction Engineering Rubber Co., Ltd. in February 2021), Hebei Baoli Engineering Equipment Co., Ltd. Company technology center.
